The Scottish Government’s Planning, Architecture and Regeneration Directorate (PARD) require to procure urgently, via Direct Award under lot 3 of the Marketing Services Framework. This contract involves a support and maintenance agreement for the OurPlace website and online tool, incorporating security, the version control upgrade and future maintenance.The scope includes an upgrade from Drupal 8 to Drupal 11, migration of the website to Scot Gov Cloud hosting, and a monthly maintenance and security/patching service, as detailed below. The supplier must have the necessary technical expertise and sufficient capacity to undertake the contract in the timescales required.
