OneRen seeks to appoint a Catering Concessionaire to occupy Lucille’s restaurant and bar within the Paisley Town Hall. The successful supplier will provide visitors with outstanding offers and service to support the events programme as well as developing food and beverage experiences as events in their own right delivering exceptional 5-star level of service that matches the expectation of the venue and clients.
The food and beverage operation is vital to the continued growth and success of the cultural performance programme in Paisley Town Hall. The catering offer for performances, private events, and corporate hire should reflect the premium quality of the venue and wider offer as well as ensuring that customers have an amazing experience through all aspects of their engagement at Paisley Town Hall.
