WICS invites tenders for consultancy services to assess the efficient size of Scottish Water’s investment programme. The appointed supplier will analyse internal and external constraints, including supply chain capacity and industry trends, to inform decision-making for the 2027-33 regulatory period. The contract is valued at up to GBP90,000 (incl VAT) and will run for three months, commencing April 2025.
