The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing and installation of new bathrooms throughout Castlemilk, Glasgow. The Contract will be undertaken over two phases of work.
Subject to successful completion of the two-year programme of surveys and works, the Contract may be extended by a maximum period of three further years through 1 + 1 + 1 twelve-month extensions from the completion date.
The bathroom replacement works are anticipated to involve;
Year One (2024-2025 investment programme) – approximately 27nr bathroom replacements; and
Year Two (2025-2026 investment programme) – approximately 11nr bathroom replacements and installation of new showers to thirty-eight properties.
