This contract comprises the following works/ services provision to all of Falkirk Councils Non-Housing buildings, including a limited number of Housing properties with communal service areas: -
- (a)The annual Portable Appliance Testing and Inspection of electrical appliances together with all appliance labelling.
- (b)Updating and maintaining all property inventories.
- (c)Ad hoc minor repairs and works to fuses, plugs, cables, etc where economically viable, as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
