The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) require a Contractor to deliver a design and build project within HMP & YOI Polmont. The establishment is looking to create two new additional outdoor exercise areas to support and facilitate the prison regime. This will include removal of a sports pitch area and design and construction of two (2) new exercise areas, with 5.2m prison-grade perimeter fencing, and replacement of the existing surface with a new tarmacadam (or similar) surface, and associated groundworks
