This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Councils Properties: -
- (a)The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems (both hard wired and wireless).
- (b)The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of intruder alarm systems.
- (c)Renewal of batteries, etc as required.
- (d)For both the fire and intruder alarm systems a 2-hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year including all public holidays and weekends.
- (e)Ad hoc repairs and works to intruder alarm and fire alarm systems as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.
