The works cover the cyclical IEE inspection and satisfactory certification of all of the Association’s domestic electrical installations including any electrical remedial works that may arise from the initial IEE inspection. Other electrical repairs may be agreed and carried out by the preferred contractor at a latter stage. It is anticipated the works will be carried out to approximately 928 domestic properties and 98 associated common areas in North and South Lanarkshire including Mossend, Bellshill, Motherwell, Uddingston, Carfin, Newarthill, New Stevenston and Holytown.
