Expression of Interest for provision of catering offer at Perth Museum

Culture Perth and Kinross, in partnership with Perth and Kinross Council, wish to appoint a café franchise to occupy a purpose-built catering area within the new museum, providing our visitors and travel trade groups with an exceptional food and drink experience that will promote the best of local Scottish produce whilst supporting the museum’s pursuit of a 5* rating from VisitScotland’s Quality Assurance Scheme.

This notice is being issued as part of the market research process to allow suppliers the opportunity to express their interest in any potential future contract. At this stage the route to market to identify the most suitable supplier has not been decided and by using this notice suppliers will have the opportunity to note their interest. Full details of the opportunity (such as venue dimensions and specification of catering equipment provided by the organisation) will be included in any future contract notice.
