Perth & Kinross and Angus Councils are in a position to allocate additional funding to expand counselling services in schools to include group work.This pilot would not reduce the current delivery of 1:1 counselling in schools but would allow for an additional flexible approach where the practitioner would work with a select small group of children and young people. The aim would be to increase accessibility by providing a less intensive option to receive support.
