The purpose of the service is to provide Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) with additional engineering expertise and resources to develop a repair or replacement scheme for a damaged section of road infrastructure.The damaged infrastructure is an existing gabion basket retaining wall supporting the A827 road. The River Tay is adjacent to the toe of the wall and has caused undermining of the foundations of the wall.
