- Provide access to an online portal, and facilitate 360 emotional and social intelligence competence feedback for 1000 participants;
- Provide online and telephone support for the administration of the ESCI tool, as appropriate;
Provide a full and individualised electronic report of the results of 360 feedback, which can be used as the basis of a coaching session with fully trained coaches, allowing participants to reflect critically on their leadership and areas for development and evaluate their practice as a leader of strategic change before they embark on the programme
- Provide anonymised, collated results from the survey in relation to the whole cohort.
