Term contract for the electrical periodic inspection and testing of existing domestic electrical installations included tenanted properties, the Co-operatives office premises and common closes. The works will also include electrical repairs for certain faults identified during the testing process.
The works may also include:-
- Rewiring properties.
- Void property electrical inspections.
- Installation of radio linked smoke alarms and heat detectors.
- Periodic electrical inspection and certification of the Co-operatives office premises.
- Periodic Appliance Testing of office equipment.
