The works compriseWorking from a list of approximately 670 properties:• Access the roof voido Ensure safe working practices to open the loft accesso Remove any non-standard lockso Report if no or unsafe access• Check the loft insulation depth• Where necessary, relay existing to achieve an even spread of insulation• Where the insulation depth is less than 200mm, top up to 300mm• Secure loft access with CEC standard padlock (supplied by CEC)100mm insulation shall be applied to the loft hatch where practical.
