College currently has numerous individual Contracts in place with various different Contractors to ensure that the College’s Mechanical, Electrical and Associated Services are suitably maintained. The College is looking to integrate these existing contracts into one larger, more manageable and comprehensive Contract. The existing Contracts will be terminated upon commencement of this new multi-service Contract.
