The Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to its provision of Residual Waste Collection, Haulage and Treatment Services
The proposed scope of the engagement is:
| • | Haulage of residual waste from the Council's transfer stations |
| • | Acceptance and treatment of municipal residual waste collected from the Council's transfer stations at treatment facility/facilities |
| • | Management of any process residues arising from municipal residual waste treatment |
| • | Management of carbon impacts attributable to transporting and treating the Council's waste |
| • | Recording and reporting key performance data to the Council |
| • | Provision of contingency residual waste treatment arrangements to ensure service continuity. Compliance with all relevant legislation. |
