National Governance Association

The Education Improvement Core Support Package is an annual package that supports maintained schools and is funded via the de-delegated funding. As part of the package, maintained schools have access to governor support advice and guidance and Local Authority governor recruitment. Derbyshire already have Gold membership of NGA and are looking to provide annual membership for maintained schools to provide Dfe linked strategic governance guidance and advice, peer-to-peer strategic governance improvement, aligned to DfE / NGA (National Governance Association) deployment frameworks .
