Refurbishment of Halls of Residence at Park Campus

The University of Gloucestershire wishes to procure a high-quality refurbishment of up to four halls of residence at its Park Campus, creating modern, safe, and accessible accommodation and communal spaces that enhance the student experience.

Phase 1 of this programme is the refurbishment of Dowty Villa, a 36-bedroom hall of residence constructed circa 1999. The proposed commencement date of Phase 1 works is 22 June 2026. The potential future phases will entail the refurbishment of Grace, Jenner and Tyndale Villas. Proposed commencement dates for future phases are indicative only and are subject to change or cancellation if budgets are revised.
