Security Services

Peabody Trust is providing advance notice of a potential future procurement for a security services contract.

This notice is issued in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 pipeline transparency requirements and is intended for market awareness only.

The scope is expected to include, but is not limited to:

• Manned Guarding Services
• Static guarding at designated premises

-Access control and visitor management

-Mobile Patrol Services

-Scheduled and random patrols of sites

-Key Holding Services

-Ad Hoc Security Support

-Short-notice deployment for incidents, events, or risk fluctuations

-Opening and securing premises on a scheduled basis

Services will be required across multiple sites and may vary depending on operational needs.

At this stage, the procurement route is yet to be determined, the contract structure and delivery model is being considered, and the scope and estimated value is subject to change.
