description

The Council’s Voids Team manage the works being delivered to bring void properties up to a standard for a new tenancy.

As a property becomes vacant, a Technical Manager from the Voids Team visits the property and assesses the repair requirements and creates a schedule of works required.

The Council is seeking to engage multiple Contractors to create a pool, who can be called upon to complete specific work activities to assist the in house team.

Whilst the work is predominantly in vacant properties, there will be some work in occupied properties which will be instructed by the Responsive Repairs Unit.
