The works comprise the major refurbishment of Mansion House, including replacement and upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, refurbishment of internal areas, roof replacement and repairs, and external works including façade cleaning, masonry repairs and window refurbishment. Works will be undertaken within a live and operational historic building.
