Development of estimated 24 units of new build council housing at Ael-y-Bryn, Ystradgynlais, Powys. This is Phase 2 of a programme to redevelop the Ael-y-Bryn and Pen-y-Bryn estate. The scheme will be required to meet WDQR 2021, Secured by Design Gold and Lifetime Homes.
