Direct Award for the supply of Windows and Doors

Contract will cover the design, manufacture, and delivery of windows and doors suitable for the repairs and refurbishment of existing properties across the NCHA portfolio.

NCHA is currently in the process of developing an internal framework that will cover these services going forward. This Direct Award is required to ensure continuity of a compliant contractual arrangement until the new framework is established. As the existing contract is due to expire in August 2026, a short-term contract is being directly awarded to the incumbent supplier.
