The Council seeks to appoint a single provider to provide Specialist Deep Cleaning services for an initial period of two years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
This will include, but not limited to:
- Communal area deep cleans
- End-of-tenancy cleans
- Post-eviction cleans
- Biohazard cleans
- Drug paraphernalia and contaminated waste cleans
- Emergency response cleans
- Specialist cleans to newly acquired Temporary Accommodation (TA) properties
