The Bramptons Primary School Roof Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the flat roof at The Bramptons Primary School, Harlestone Road, Chapel Brampton.

The works include removal of the existing roof covering, inspection and repair or replacement of the roof deck as required, installation of a new waterproof roofing system, and any associated insulation upgrades.

The contractor is responsible for providing all labour, materials, plant, access equipment and supervision necessary to complete the works in accordance with relevant construction and health and safety standards.

Works are to be carried out within a live school environment, with appropriate measures in place to minimise disruption to school operations.
