Appoint a multidisciplinary consultancy team to support with the design –
- a.Design (including Principal Designer duties)
- b.Obtaining statutory approvals (Planning and Building Control)
- c.Specification
- d.Contract Administration
- e.Cost Consultancy
- f.Quality Management
The appointed Multidisciplinary Consultant will provide also professional services to support the delivery of a major works project, which will include all buildings within the Southbank Estate. The scope of the work will include the following (subject to survey and assessment):
- a.Concrete repairs
- b.Roof covering replacement
- c.Redecoration of all previously painted surfaces in communal areas (excluding Pakeman House, Stopher House, and Sumner Buildings, which was already undertaken in 2024)
- d.Landlord lighting e. Landlord power supplies
- e.Communal digital integrated reception system (IRS)
- f.Door entry/access control h.
- g.Lightning protection
- h.CCTV
