The service will provide support to adults with severe mental illness this will include but not be limited to:
| • | non-medical support for those is crisis in a therapeutic environment; |
| • | crisis accommodation support, with the purpose to prevent admission to acute mental health and inpatient care; |
| • | access to residential respite care; |
| • | support earlier discharge from acute mental health services; |
| • | telephone mental health helpline, offering support over the telephone for people with long term mental health issues. |
The service will work in partnership with the Mental Health Crisis Team service within North East Lincolnshire.
