Ongoing support and maintenance – Technical support, maintenance, and replacement services

We welcome all potential Suppliers (including SMEs) to express an interest in this procurement and all those who might have an interest as a member of the supply chain.

An online industry day will be held on 31st March 2026, You will hear about how the current capability is delivered today and ambitions for the future capability rollout across other areas of the Home Office.

Following the industry day, Suppliers will be invited to complete a Market Survey Questionnaire (MSQ) (subsequent to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement) with the potential for individual one to one sessions to be scheduled following receipt of supplier responses. Information for registering for the HO Jaggaer portal and subsequent market engagement will be provided within the Industry day presentation.
