Continuous Improvement following TOM2

This spend will provide:

1. Training for our improvement practitioners (when the new person has been recruited) to ensure they have the full set of capabilities required to support the workstreams - 5 days at £9,375 exc. VAT
2. Expert resource to support the non-standard staff hiring process to ensure this project can deliver ahead of the next academic year and to coach our practitioners in delivering these kinds of projects so they can run them effectively in future - 20 days at £37,500 exc. VAT
