description
MDDC are seeking to appoint RICS accredited Valuers to provide valuation services during the financial years 2026 – 2030 with the option to extend this for a further two years subject to performance. The broad scope of the services to be provided are as follows.
- Council homes, Right to Buy reports and Gross Rental Valuation for both freehold house’s and leasehold flats. (Council Houses, Bungalows and Leasehold Flats)
- Valuation and Condition reports of freehold houses, bungalows and leasehold flats that may be repurchased by the Council
- Rent Setting and Rent Reviews of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account Retail Units
- Valuation of land for residential development purposes
- Valuation of small parcels of non-residential land
- Provision of Energy Performance Certificate’s for retail and residential properties
