001332 - Business Travel Management

YPO, in collaboration with ESPO, are looking to re-procure their Travel Management Framework , the previous reference was: 001104 Travel Management Solution II. The purpose of this preliminary market engagement is to consult with prospective suppliers and customers to ensure the framework's new iteration is fit-for-purpose in the modern market for customers to call off.

The intent for this framework is to be a fixed 4 year solution.

Proposed lot structure:

 -Lot 1 - Domestic and international travel including accommodation booking, including but not limited to:

• oBus, rail, ferry & plane tickets
• oAn online platform for bookings
• oCar hire services

 -Lot 2; Accommodation bookings for the vulnerable, including but not limited to:

• oHomeless, at risk youth, those at risk of domestic abuse, asylum seekers, refugees, released criminals.  -Lot 3;
• oDomestic and Internation travel including accommodation and event booking for the education sector.  -Lot 4 - Venue and event hire, specification to cover but not be limited to:
• oEvent bookings
• oMeeting room hire
• oConference bookings
