ICF Accredited Level 2 With optional Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.

Course should be ICF (International coach Federation) or EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) affiliated to ensure high quality preferably both. Important to be expert level insight as our coaches are already trained to a high level.

At the end of the course, I would expect our coaches to be able to teach team coaching to others within DWP. We already have a foundational coaching course which teaches the skills of coaching, we will look to produce a team coaching course from this expert level content.

This coaching training is a key part of the delivery practice meeting the Digital business plan allowing us to adopt common approaches across coaching and delivery managers point4 and point 5 building a culture to empower our people. Coaching skills play a key role in empowering individuals and teams to create and propose new and innovative ideas.
