Framework to upgrade existing buildings in Surrey for residents, particularly those who are vulnerable to high energy costs and poor health outcomes, and who currently live in substandard housing. These works from the Framework will look to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and lower utility costs.
Completing high quality- installations that provide bill and carbon savings aligned with and equipping properties to be more resilient to climate change and benefit from the Net Zero transition
