| 1. | The Authority (British Embassy in Bamako) will pay the Service Provider an agreed fixed price for the provision of a specified number of unarmed staff, with relevant training and experience to control access to its estates and guard its sites |
| 2. | The Service Provider will provide a security service on a 24-hour basis, throughout the contract period. The staff deployed in this regard will also be expected to carry out other security-related services, as specified by the Authority’s representatives. The Service Provider’s contract manager will report to the Authority’s representatives. |
| 3. | The Service Provider will provide evidence of all insurance policies to protect the Authority from any losses or liabilities attributable to the Service Provider’s staff. |
