The Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to work alongside established youth participation and youth voice providers in the Borough to develop a new, sustainable council model that empowers young people in Tewkesbury Borough by ensuring their voices are heard, valued, and acted upon in local decision-making.
| • | Phase one - invites organisations to propose and implement innovative, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to youth voice, with one option to be launched and delivery started by September 2026. |
| • | Phase two - to embed and continue the delivery of the chosen Youth Voice model for a period of a further 18 months until March 2028. This will include outlining format/forums the young people will be involved in. |
Suppliers must submit bids for both phases; failure to do so will result in their tender being rejected.
The contract period is until March 2028 . Extensions to this period will be considered where clear justification exists, subject to the agreement of the Authority.
