This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Council properties: -
- The quarterly, 6 monthly and annual inspection, testing and servicing of Sprinkler installations and associated equipment as detailed, including any battery replacements as required.
- The 6 month and annual service, inspection and testing of the Dry Risers as detailed and any associated equipment as required.
- The 6 month and annual service, inspection and testing of the Kitchen Fire Suppression installations as detailed and any associated equipment as required.
- A 2 hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year including all public holidays and weekends.
- Ad hoc repairs and works to the Sprinkler, Dry Riser and Kitchen Fire Suppression installations as may be required from time to time on a daywork basis.
