Out and About in the North York Moors magazine 2026

The Authority is seeking quotations for the printing, finishing and delivery of the Out and About in the North York Moors magazine 2026.

Format: 52 inside pages plus a four-page cover, finished trimmed size approximately 270mm deep by 190mm wide, portrait.

Paper:

• Insides: 70gsm near woodfree silk
• Cover: 115gsm woodfree gloss

All stock must be FSC certified.

Print: Full colour throughout. Artwork will be supplied electronically and must be printed with bleed.

Finishing: Book fold, two-wire stitched and trimmed to size.

Quantities: 80,000 – 90,000 copies. Please provide quotations for each quantity.

Timescale: Print by February 2026 (date to be confirmed).

Proofs: Page proofs on the selected stock must be provided before full production.

Delivery: Bundled, under-wrapped and cross-strapped, bulk packed on pallets and delivered to one UK address (to be confirmed) between 09:00–15:30 on a vehicle with a tail-lift. Advance notice required.

Quotations should include prices for 80,000 and 90,000 copies, delivery costs, any subcontracting arrangements and confirmation of the timescale from receipt of artwork.
