The works required under this Project, will include but are not limited to:
- Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs within internal communal areas and to external metalwork and timber.
- Wash down of pre-finished and uPVC surfaces.
- External brickwork repairs.
- External structural repairs / works to external walkway.
- Removal and replacement of soffits, fascias and RWGs to external walkway amd the main roof with new UPVC.
- Repair and recovering of the walkway surface.
- Replacement of the balustrade to the external walkway.
