: Mawsley Community Primary School, SEND Refurbishment Phase 3 - Stage 1

The contract is to undertake works to

refurbish 2.No classroom spaces and undertake enabling works to corridor and toilet areas providing suitable spaces for the intake of 8.No additional SEND students scheduled as part of the September 2025 cohort.

The works will include: -

• Refurbishment of 2.No existing classroom spaces including decoration, flooring replacement, adjustments to classroom doors and enabling works for access control
• Installation of dividing partition and door set within corridor to include the relocation of 1.No radiator
• Removal of hand dryers from the existing toilets and consequential making good.
