This Procurement will establish a single Supplier Contract. The Works consist of:
Enderby Building
- Replacement of damaged floor boxes.
- Replacing blown windowpanes.
- Adding an additional 6 nr electric vehicle chargers
- Replace lighting to Classrooms only
Solihull Building
- Conversion of female WC into an Accessible WC
- Upgrade the lighting to the classroom and Workshops.
- Gravel Resurfacing of the rear car park
- Provision of 12 nr draughtsman's chairs to the Workshops and 1 nr electric rise and fall desk to the classroom (Tamworth Building)
