Bideford Public Art Wayfinding Project (Sea Change 2025-2026)

Torridge District Council (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide a place-responsive public realm project for the historic town of Bideford in Devon.
