• Review operational planning and implementation activities undertaken in the previous period of three months
• Support comparison between the operational planning and implementation activities the UK DMO had planned to undertake in the previous period of three months and the planning and activities actually undertaken
• Consider proposed operation planning and implementation activities the UK DMO will undertake in the following period of three months
• Support assessment of the DMO's likely readiness to commence the operation of the of the Scheme on 1 October 2027
• Detail any potential issues or risks to delivery to current legislated timelines
• Provide responses to above in standardised Defra template provided ahead of each review
• Attend Defra led Conditions of Appointment review meetings
