The scope of the survey shall include the following:
| • | Full Internal and External Survey: Cover all areas within the property including roof voids wherever possible. |
| • | Attributes: Include all attributes, age of the attribute, and indicated expected life of each attribute. |
| • | Detailed Description of Work Defects: Include location and action for all work items, forming a logical statement. |
| • | Fire Regulations: Comment only on visible items on site, such as defective fire doors and lack of compartmentation within roof voids. Do not comment on general compartmentation or compliance with Fire Regulations. |
