William Morris Gallery is the only accredited museum dedicated to Morris (10,000+ objects),owned and operated by London Borough of Waltham Forest, set in a 1740’s Grade II* Georgian house, Lloyd Park, Walthamstow. The intended works comprise of the refurbishment and redecoration of selected galleries and circulation areas and the first-floor landing within the Grade II listed William Morris Gallery. The works will involve specialist heritage redecoration techniques, joinery repair, refinishing of panelling, refurbishment of windows and shutters, conservation cleaning, and the installation or modification of display and showcase fittings, setworks design, manufacture and install, showcases design, manufacture and install, graphics and wayfinding supply and install.
