The British Embassy Addis Ababa seeks a qualified service provider to undertake a comprehensive Water Hygiene Risk Assessment (WHRA). The purpose of the WHRA is to:
| (i) | Identify and assess all risks to the water systems on site, |
| (ii) | Advise on measures to improve water quality, |
| (iii) | Comment on management procedures and records currently in place, |
| (iv) | Comment, where necessary, on the performance of sub-contracted maintenance and water treatment companies, |
| (v) | Compile (or create) water schematic drawings, |
| (vi) | Compile (or create) water asset register, and |
| (vii) | Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments (LRA) on all Residential properties. |
