Works to Rectify Fire Damage (Insurance)

The works include the improvement of works to the following properties which have been fire damaged - 40A Irving Road W14 0JS, 54 Hudson Close W12 7LY, 58 Ongar Road, SW6 1JS, and 34 Meadowbank Close, SW6 6PD. These works, which broadly include:

1. Rectifying defects in structural stability of properties;
2. Complete replacement of roofs;
3. Replacement of windows and doors;
4. Installation of kitchen & bathroom;
5. Internal decorations;
6. External works including brick pointing, and brickworks;
7. Electrical and plumbing works; and
8. Mechanical works including replacement of boilers and radiators have been agreed as part of an insurance claim and the Loss Adjuster has agreed costs
