Below Threshold Works - Competitive Flexible Procedure Name: Design of and Demolition – Gipton Gate East and Gipton Gate West Nature: Demolition of System Build High Rise Blocks Location: Oaktree Walk, Gipton, Leeds LS9 6SU Stage 1 – CAS & Conditions of participation – This stage is currently live with the deadline for submission set at 12 noon on 28th August 2025. All CAS-CoP submissions received by the deadline will be assessed in line with the criteria as covered and explained in the CAS and conditions of participation. Following assessment five suppliers passing qualifying criteria and meeting the minimum thresholds outlined within the scoring section will be invited to tender. To clarify – At this stage you are not required to submit a response to the draft tender documentation. Stage 2 – Tender – The organisations that have been shortlisted to tender based on the outcome of stage 1 will be invited to tender in a competitive tendering exercise. It is anticipated that the final tender documents will be issued to all shortlisted tenderers around w/c 15th September 2025. The deadline date will be confirmed upon publication but is anticipated to be 28th October 2025.
