UKAEA wishes to engage with potential suppliers for the provision of the design of prototype/mock up production and irradiation testing of a radiation tolerant vision system for dynamic obstacle avoidance, with an application targeting commercially available robotic platforms. The aim is to support the development of a radiation tolerant/hardened vision system to solve fusion and parallel market remote handling challenges in a radiation environment.
