**This is an Intention to Award Notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (C(E)TR) for the South East and South West Integrated Care Boards (ICBs)** Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published on the 1st July 2025 (2025/S 000-036535).
The contract(s) period is 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2031 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 2 (two) years), as defined at the sole discretion of the Commissioners, for both lots and their respective contracts.
Each of the lots total combined maximum contracts values, across the full potential term of 5 (five) years, including any optional extension years are:
LOT 1 - South West = £819,467
LOT 2 - South East = £1,371,400
With a total maximum contract(s) value, for both lots combined is £2,190,867.
The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 7th January 2026.
