Delivery of ULaw Courses on Campus

The service involves the delivery of specialist higher education programmes by ULaw operating within the premises of the contracting authority. The provider is responsible for the recruitment, enrolment, and academic delivery of its own student cohort, including oversight of assessment, compliance, and quality assurance functions.

In return for access to specified on-campus facilities and systems, the provider offers educational services to its students, who may also be granted limited access to certain shared services and infrastructure. Oxford Brookes retains ownership and control of its estate and core services, while the provider operates the academic provision independently within defined parameters.

The arrangement reflects a concessions-style model, where the ULaw bears the operational risk and derives its income directly from its students rather than from Oxford Brookes University.
